論文摘要
Ganoderma lucidum belongs
to the basidiomycotina class of fungi. Extracts from the fruiting
body of G. lucidum have been proved to be able to inhibit the growth
of Sarcoma 180 tumor in ICR mice. However, the mechanism of antitumor
activity of G. lucidum remains unclear. Recently, we have been able
to culture G. lucidum in our laboratory to keep a constant supply
of the material for experiments. Experiments using serial intraperitoneal
injections of the mycelium extracts of G. lucidum (GL-P) to male
and female C3H mice showed that the effect of inhibiting the fibrosarcoma
growth in both male and female C3H mice was significant (p<0.05).
the antittumor effect of GL-P was enhanced when used in combination
with bleomycin (p<0.01). On the other hand, lung colony assay method
was used to measure the effect of GL-P on the rate of metastasis
and the results were consistent with the fibrosarcoma test.
